摘 要:店坪煤矿2041巷在过巷段掘进期间,受地质条件复杂、巷道施工断面大、三角区围岩稳定性差等因素影响,导致施工难度大、效率低。针对过巷段巷道施工,经技术论证,决定采用近距离过巷施工技术和“人工复合顶板+柔模浇筑+工字钢棚”联合支护技术方案。实践表明,该方案避免了大断面风桥施工,缩短巷道施工周期达9d,有效控制了过巷段及三角区的顶板稳定性,应用取得了显著成效。In response to the difficulty and low efficiency of the construction of the 2041 roadway section in Dianping Colliery,after technical demonstration,it has been decided to adopt the close distance crossing roadway construction technology and the joint support technology scheme of"artificial composite roof,flexible module pouring and I-beam shed",whose practice shows that the scheme avoids the construction of large cross-section wind bridges,shortens the construction period of tunnels by 9 days,effectively controls the stability of the roof in the crossing roadway and triangular area,and has achieved significant results in application.
