摘 要:五里候煤矿1102工作面推进至F_(7)断层破碎带65^(#)~91^(#)支架前方时煤壁垮落严重、顶板出现局部冒漏。矿井根据围岩赋存、断层特性等实际情况,在破碎区调整回采工艺、优化支护技术,由“走向法”改为“俯斜法”,并采取“马丽散注浆加固+柔性纤维网+工字钢吊棚”进行联合支护,应用结果表明:断层破碎带回采工艺及支护技术优化后,回采速度由原来的1.2 m/d提高至4.8 m/d,支架阻力提高至98%以上,煤壁及顶板破碎现象得到了有效控制。The 1102 working face of Wulihou Colliery has been advanced to the F_(7) fault fracture zone,where the coal wall in front of No.65~No.91 support has severely collapsed and the roof has locally collapsed.Based on the actual situation of the surrounding rock occurrence and fault characteristics,the mining process has been adjusted in the fracture zone,changing from the"strike method"to the"inclined method",and a combined support of"Malisan grouting reinforcement,flexible fiber mesh,and I-beam hanging shed"has been proposed in the paper,whose application effect shows that after optimizing the mining process and support technology of fault fracture,the mining speed has been increased from 1.2 m/d to 4.8 m/d,and the support resistance has been increased to over 98%,which effectively controls the fragmentation of coal wall and roof.
