摘 要:针对国内部分煤矿煤的亲水性差导致注水降尘效果差的问题,以淮北芦岭煤矿Ⅱ1084风巷掘进工作面为试验工作面,进行添加湿润剂的分段式封孔注水实验。通过实验室煤的亲水性实验、湿润剂配比实验、现场注水试验,得到该矿煤为不亲水,注水最佳添加湿润剂添加比例为0.6%,注水压力为10 MPa,注水湿润半径为1.5 m,在此条件下,对掘进机司机位置处的降尘效果考察,得到总粉尘降尘效率达到61.7%。进行粒度分析,得到粒径为:<2μm、2~5μm、5~10μm、>10μm、<7.07μm、>7.07μm的降尘效率分别为54%、58.2%、60.1%、62.2%、56.3%、62%。Aiming at the poor dust suppression effect by water injection due to the coal hydrophilicity,a segmented sealing water injection experiment with the addition of wetting agent has been conducted at a fully mechanized mining face in a coal seam with dfficulty in water injection,in which the optimalratio of wetting agent addition for water injection isO.6%,the water injection pressure is 10 MPa,and the water injection wetting radius is 1.5 m through laboratory coal hydrophilicity experiments,wetting agent ratio experiments,and on-site water injection experiments;the total dust reduction efficiency reached 61.7%through the dust suppression effect at the driver's position of the tunneling machine;and the particle size is<2μm,2-5μm,5~10μm,>10μm,<7.07μum,>7.07μm with the dust suppression efficiency of 54%,58.2%,60.1%,62.2%,56.3%,and 62%respectively by particle size analysis.
