局部通风机后备电源在尚庄煤矿的应用

摘  要:煤矿井下掘进工作面一旦发生无计划停电导致局部通风机停止运转,可能造成工作面矿井掘进工作面瓦斯高值超限,并将严重影响矿井生产安全。为从根本上杜绝矿井无计划停电导致的掘进工作面瓦斯超限事故,拟采用局部通风机后备电源加第三台风机的方法为掘进工作面提供可靠的后备电源并持续供风。将该技术应用在尚庄煤矿715顺槽煤巷掘进工作面现场,后备电源装置能在发生无计划停电情况下,使第三台风机维持正常工作2小时以上,有效地防止了瓦斯超限事故的发生,效果很好。Once the local fan stops running due to unplanned power outage,the high gas value of the driving face may exceed the limit,and will seriously affect the production safety of the mine.In order to prevent the gas overlimit accident caused by unplanned power failure,the method of local fan backup power supply and a third fan is proposed to provide reliable backup power supply and continuous wind supply for the driving face.When the technology is applied to the driving face of 715 Shuntrong coal lane in Shangzhuang Coal Mine,the backup power supply device can keep the third fan working for more than 2 hours in the case of unplanned power failure,and effectively prevent the occurrence of gas overlimit accident,with good effect.
