摘  要:摩擦式提升机需通过绳索与滑轮之间的摩擦力来实现起重作业,如果绳索的防滑性能不佳,将会导致起重物品的不稳定,增加危险性,为保障其安全运行,提出多绳摩擦式提升机安全性能测试关键技术与应用研究。设计钢丝绳防滑性能测试分析,在起吊货物时,使用动防滑安全系数在加速过程中进行动防滑测试,设计钢丝绳张力性能测试分析,减少提升机在运行过程中可能出现的安全隐患。实验结果表明:采用多绳摩擦式提升机安全性能测试关键技术后,提升机在各种工况下的防滑性能得到显著改善。The friction hoister needs to achieve lifting operation through the friction between the rope and pulley.If the anti-skid performance of the rope is not good,it will lead to the instability of the lifting items and increase the risk.In order to ensure its safe operation,the key technology and application of multi-rope friction hoister safety performance test are proposed.Design steel wire rope anti-slip performance test analysis,when lifting goods,the use of dynamic anti-slip safety factor in the acceleration process into action anti-slip test,design steel wire rope tension performance test analysis,reduce the hoister in the operation process of the possible safety risks.The experimental results show that the anti-skid performance of the multi-rope friction hoister has been significantly improved under various working conditions after adopting the key technology of safety performance test.
