多院区公立医院档案管理信息化工作难点分析与对策研究

摘　　要：应用案例研究法,对案例医院第三院区开诊后,档案管理工作中较单体院区运行所面临的缺乏专业档案管理人员,信息化水平亟待提高,档案利用价值待开发等方面的难点进行总结与分析,在此基础上,结合实践经验和文献研究,提出有针对性的管理策略,为解决多院区医院档案管理中存在的问题提供借鉴和参考。There are more difficulties and difficulties in archives management of public hospitals in multi-sites than single hospitals.Case method is applied in this article,for the case hospital in 2013,after the second campus begin in archives management work faces for the lack of professional archives management,it is necessary to improve the informatization level development of archives utilization value to carries on the summary and the analytic question,on this basis,combined with the practical experience and literature research,proposed targeted management strategies,to solve the problem of multi-sites supports archives management to provide reference and use for reference.
