摘 要:针对传统限流型和截流型本安保护电路精度差、效率低,以及参数设置灵活性差的问题,在分析研究本安保护电路模式的基础上,设计了一种基于电流检测芯片、电压比较器和单稳延时电路的截流自恢复型本安保护电路。将新型截流型本安电路与传统型限流保护电路进行性能对比测试,结果表明,设计的本安电路具有反应快、效率高、内阻小等优势。In order to solve the shortcomings of low protection accuracy,low efficiency and poor parameter setting flexibility of traditional current-limited and current-intercepted intrinsically safe protection circuits,on the basis of analyzing the intrinsically safe protection circuit mode,a self-recovery intrinsically safe protection circuit based on current detection chip,voltage comparator and monostable delay circuit was designed.The performance of the new current-intercepted intrinsically safe circuit and the traditional current-limited protection circuit was compared and tested.The results show that the designed intrinsically safe circuit has the advantages of fast response,high efficiency and small internal resistance.
