摘  要:文章针对八钢炼铁厂2500 m^(3)高炉炉役后期,高炉长期休风开风后炉缸大凉,不能正常生产的原因进行了分析,认为采用钒钛矿冶炼休风后对Ti负荷调整不及时、高炉操作处理不当和冷却设备漏水是造成炉凉的主要原因。并且对此次炉凉事故的处理经验进行了总结,提出了处理方法和预防措施。The article analyzes the reasons why the 2500 m^(3) blast furnace at Baosteel Iron and Steel Plant cannot be produced normally due to the large opening of the furnace after long-term shutdown.It is believed that the main reasons for the cooling of the furnace are the untimely adjustment of Ti load,improper operation and treatment of the blast furnace,and leakage of cool⁃ing equipment after using vanadium titanium ore for smelting shutdown.A summary of the experience in handling the furnace cooling accident was made,and methods and preventive measures were proposed.
