摘  要:随着数字化转型的深入推进,黑色金属冶炼行业面临着提高生产效率、降低能耗排放、提升产品质量等多重挑战。智能化管理与控制是解决这些问题的有效途径,也是实现绿色制造和可持续发展的必然选择。本文探讨了数字化转型下的黑色金属冶炼智能化管理与控制,通过研究现有文献和实际案例,分析了智能化技术在黑色金属冶炼领域的应用现状和未来发展趋势,并提出了相应的管理和控制策略。研究结果表明,智能化技术的应用可以提高生产效率、降低成本、减少能耗和排放,为黑色金属冶炼行业的可持续发展提供有力支持。With the deepening of digital transformation,the black metal smelting industry is facing multiple challenges such as improving production efficiency,reducing energy consumption and emissions,and improving product quality.Intelligent man⁃agement and control is an effective way to solve these problems,and it is also an inevitable choice to achieve green manufactur⁃ing and sustainable development.This article explores the intelligent management and control of black metal smelting under digital transformation.By studying existing literature and practical cases,the current application status and future development trends of intelligent technology in the field of ferrous metal smelting were analyzed,and corresponding management and control strategies were proposed.The research results indicate that the application of intelligent technology can improve production ef⁃ficiency,reduce costs,reduce energy consumption and emissions,and provide strong support for the sustainable development of the black metal smelting industry.
