摘  要:由于八钢自产焦煤矿山煤质特性以及疆内焦煤资源现状以及铁水综合成本持续较高的影响,降低焦炭成本成为焦炭生产过程中的关键问题。经过对过去经典配煤结构的总结和调整,公司成立了配煤专项攻关组,以应对焦煤性质及资源变化的挑战。通过配煤攻关推进,优化工艺条件、调整配煤结构等措施,小焦炉成功开展了配加低成本惰性物质炼焦试验。在保证焦炭质量的前提下,成功实现了配加惰性物质炼焦,并初步确定了适应目前配煤结构的最优配加比例。Due to the coal quality characteristics of Baosteel's self-produced coking coal mines,the current situation of coking coal resources in Xinjiang,and the sustained high comprehensive cost of molten iron,reducing coke costs has become a key is⁃sue in the coking production process.After summarizing and adjusting the classic coal blending structure of the past,the com⁃pany has established a special coal blending research team to address the challenges of changes in coking coal properties and resources.Through the promotion of coal blending research,optimization of process conditions,adjustment of coal blending structure,and other measures,the small coke oven has successfully carried out coking experiments with low-cost inert sub⁃stances added.On the premise of ensuring the quality of coke,the addition of inert substances for coking has been successfully achieved,and the optimal blending ratio suitable for the current coal blending structure has been preliminarily determined.
