摘  要:转炉炼钢终点控制是提高钢铁产出质量的关键,传统控制方法存在准确率低、成本高等缺点。炉口火焰图像和光谱等光信息中,包含大量冶炼过程数据,通过分析处理,能够有效应用于转炉炼钢终点实时预测,提升炼钢终点控制的精准度。本文在对炼钢终点控制技术的研究基础上,总结了光信息终点控制技术的研究现状和应用方法,并对其发展趋势进行分析。The end-point control of converter steelmaking is the key to improve the quality of steel output.The traditional con⁃trol method has the disadvantages of low accuracy and high cost.The optical information such as furnace mouth flame image and spectrum contains a large number of smelting process data.Through analysis and processing,it can be effectively applied to the real-time prediction of converter steelmaking end point and improve the accuracy of steelmaking end point control.Based on the research of steel-making end-point control technology,this paper summarizes the research status and application methods of optical information end-point control technology,and analyzes its development trend.
