摘  要:用高温固相法制备CaF_(2):Yb^(3+)样品,利用近红外光激发样品,观察到其中的3-Yb^(3+)(由3个Yb^(3+)构成的团簇)和2-Yb^(3+)(由2个Yb^(3+)构成的团簇)出现合作发光现象.向样品中掺杂Li^(+)离子,随着Li^(+)离子浓度的增加,样品中3-Yb^(3+)和2-Yb^(2+)团簇的合作发光先是持续增长,后又开始下降;由此得出掺杂Li^(+)会导致3-Yb^(3+)和2-Yb^(3+)的团簇结构遭到破坏从而产生发光猝灭,这种发光猝灭属于新型的因发光中心发生变化而产生的静态猝灭.该结果对于提高CaF_(2)激光材料发光效率方面具有较大的积极意义.The CaF_(2):Yb^(3+)sample was prepared by a high-temperature solid-state method,and the sample was excited by nearinfrared light,and the 3-Yb^(3+)(cluster composed of 3 Yb^(3+))and 2-Yb^(3+)(cluster composed of 2 Yb^(3+))appeared cooperative luminescence phenomenon.Doping Li+into the sample,with the increase of Li^(+)concentration,the cooperative luminescence of 3-Yb^(3+)and 2-Yb^(3+)clusters in the sample first continued to increase,and then began to decline.It can be concluded that doping Li+will lead to the destruction of the structure of 3-Yb^(3+)and 2-Yb^(3+),resulting in luminescence quenching.This luminescence quenching belongs to the static quenching caused by the change of the luminescence center.This result has great positive significance for improving the luminous efficiency of CaF2 laser materials.
