摘　　要：基于城市生态环境质量评价体系,计算分析了乌鲁木齐市2016~2021年(“十三五”初到“十四五”初)城市生态环境质量指数(CEI),并结合灰色关联分析法测算CEI与3个指数、16项分指标之间的关联程度,结果表明:2016~2021年乌鲁木齐市CEI在64.23~68.47之间,级别均属于一般;这六年来CEI虽缓慢但持续稳步增长,且2021年相较于2016年增长4.24,表明这六年以来乌鲁木齐市城市生态环境质量明显变好,这是“十四五”生态环境保护工作的良好开端;通过灰色关联性分析,证实了CEI与3个指数、16项分指标之间有较强的关联性,3个指数中的环境质量指数、16项指标中的空气质量达标率是衡量这六年来乌鲁木齐市生态环境质量变好的关键原因.The city ecological environment quality of Urumqi are calculated by CEI evaluation system,since 2016-2021,which from the beginning of the 13th five year plan to 14th,and then,measured the correlation degree between the CEI and the 3 indexes or 16 sub indexes with Grey correlation analysis method.This study got some computational conclusions that the CEI of Urumqi are between 64.23 and 68.47 in which the year from 2016 to 2021,the grade is always average;in the past six years,the CEI of Urumqi has been growing slowly but steadily,and it has increased by 4.24 in 2021 which compared with that in 2016,expressing the CEI of Urumqi has improved significantly in these years,that it is a good start for the 14th ecological environment protection work;through the grey correlation analysis,it’s confirmed that there has a strong correlation between 3 indexes,16 sub indexes and CEI,the environmental quality index of the three indexes and the air quality compliance rate of the 16 indexes are the key to make it better and better.
