摘  要:针对浮动花键进行有限元建模,分析不同扭矩、不同齿侧间隙等对航空花键接触特性的影响。结果表明:花键Mises应力值、齿面压力、整体变形都随着扭矩的增大,近似线性增大;随着不对中角度的增大,齿侧间隙大的花键的Mises应力增速快;齿侧间隙对花键的Mises应力及齿面压力的影响是非线性变化。The finite element modelling of the floating spline is carried out to analyze the influence of different torque and different tooth side clearances on the contact characteristics of the aviation spline.The results showed that the Mises stress,tooth surface pressure and deformation of splines increased approximately linearly with the increase of torque.Mises stress of splines with large tooth side clearance increased rapidly with the increase of misalignment angle.The effects of side clearance on the Mises stress and pressure of the spline were nonlinear changes.
