摘 要:U型槽具有较大坡度,结构尺寸存在变化,且具有长悬臂的特点,导致U型槽结构预制施工难度增加。为了提升U型槽预制施工质量,研究依托全国首例装配式U型槽工程-京唐铁路站前八标U型槽工程,重点研究了侧墙长悬臂结构浇筑时稳定性,提出了可调节通用性模板设计,建立了U型槽结构侧墙浇筑质量控制技术,研究成果可为U型槽等复杂多变预制结构生产提供借鉴。The U-shaped groove has a large slope,varying structural dimensions,and features a long cantilever,which increases the difficulty of prefabricated construction for the U-shaped groove structure.In order to improve the quality of prefabricated construction for U-shaped grooves,this study is based on the first assembly-type U-shaped groove project in China-the U-shaped groove project of the Jingtang Railway Station.It focuses on the stability of the side wall's long cantilever structure during pouring and proposes an adjustable universal template design.It establishes quality control technology for pouring the side walls of U-shaped groove structures.The research findings can provide reference for the production of complex and variable prefabricated structures such as U-shaped grooves.
