摘 要:软弱路基会导致道路路面结构的缺陷和失效。有效的软弱路基增强措施不仅可以提高工程效率,降低工程成本,还能够大幅度提高路基的工程质量。本文对加工废料的特点和增强机理进行了分析,对废料再加工的工艺进行了设计。最后,本文以沙厦高速为例,研究了加工废料在增强软弱路基工程中的实际应用,应用结果表明,采用加工废料施工时,每个施工层的干密度在2.32~2.67 g/cm^(3)之间,所有测点每10 cm的平均锤击数均大于40次,实际弯沉值平均变化幅度为1.76 mm,以上测试结果均优于软弱路基增强的设计值,显示了加工废料在增强软弱路基方面的良好效果。Weak subgrade will lead to defects and failures of road pavement structures.Effective weak roadbed enhancement measures can not only improve project efficiency and reduce project costs,but also significantly improve the project quality of the roadbed.This article analyzes the characteristics and reinforcement mechanism of processing waste,and designs the process of waste reprocessing.Finally,this article takes Shaxia Expressway as an example to study the practical application of processed waste in strengthening weak roadbed projects.The application results show that when using processed waste for construction,the dry density of each construction layer is between 2.32~2.67 g/cm^(3),the average number of hammer blows per 10 cm at all measuring points was greater than 40,and the average variation range of the actual deflection value was 1.76 mm.The above test results are better than the design values for weak roadbed reinforcement,which showing the good results of the processed waste in strengthening the weak road subgrade.
