摘  要:采煤机截割传动系统在重载、大冲击载荷工况下会产生大量的热量并导致整个传动系统温升过高,为了保证采煤机的正常工作,设计有专门的截割系统冷却结构并对其进行散热。但传统冷却结构设计重点在于降低齿轮传动系统工作温度,对轴承组冷却关注较少。本文在传统冷却结构基础上,以系统冷却为出发点,设计并详细介绍了采煤机截割传动系统轴承组冷却系统设计研究。结合采煤机样机,对在峰值工况和额定工况条件下进行了抬价测试。测试结构表明,该轴承组冷却系统具有散热效果好的优点,能满足重载大功率采煤机截割传动系统使用要求,并对同类采煤机冷却系统设计具有一定的指导意义。Under the condition of heavy load and large impact load,the cutting transmission system of shearer will produce a lot of heat and cause the temperature rise of the whole transmission system to be too high.In order to ensure the normal operation of shearer,a special cooling structure of cutting system is designed and cooled.However,the traditional cooling structure design focuses on reducing the operating temperature of the gear transmission system,and pays less attention to the cooling of the bearing group.Based on the traditional cooling structure,this paper takes the system cooling as the starting point,designs and introduces the design and research of the bearing group cooling system of the shearer cutting transmission system in detail.Combined with the shearer prototype,the price rise test was carried out under the peak working condition and the rated working condition.The test structure shows that the cooling system of the bearing group has a good heat dissipation effect,which can meet the requirements of the cutting transmission system of the heavy-duty high-power shearer,and has certain guiding significance for the design of the cooling system of the similar shearer.
