摘 要:近年来地震频发,人们越来越关注建筑的抗震性能。以某多层建筑项目为研究对象进行分析,在对工程情况进行概述的基础上,从转换梁和抗风设计、组合隔震控制系统设计、隔震效果相关参数设计三个层面,对建筑结构隔震控制技术进行了详细分析。最后对隔震效果开展了模拟试验研究,发现所述的隔震控制技术达到了预期效果,可以显著提升建筑结构的抗震性能,保障后期的使用稳定性和安全性。In recent years,frequent earthquakes,people pay more and more attention to the seismic performance of buildings.Taking a multi-storey building project as the research object,on the basis of summarizing the engineering situation,the seismic isolation control technology of building structure is analyzed in detail from the three aspects of conversion beam and wind resistance design,combined seismic isolation control system design,and the design of seismic isolation effect.Finally,a simulation test is conducted on the isolation effect,and it is found that the isolation control technology has achieved the expected effect,which can significantly improve the seismic performance of the building structure and ensure the stability and safety in the later period.
