摘　　要：浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)单点系泊系统的2套液压系统已运行多年,从未进行全面检查,且部分元件已接近使用寿命。全面检查后,重点拆检有代表性元件,发现其存在隐患,并基于检查结果对设备进行安全评判。维保过程中使工作人员加深对该液压系统的全面了解,为安全运行积累了经验。The two hydraulic systems of FPSO single point mooring system have been running for many years,and no comprehensive inspection of the system has been carried out,and some components are approaching the service life.Through a comprehensive inspection,focusing on dismantling and inspecting representative components,potential hazards are identified.Based on the inspection results,the safety evaluation of the equipment is carried out,which deepens the comprehensive understanding of the hydraulic system and accumulates maintenance experience to ensure safe operation.
