摘 要:在石油开采工程中,受地质因素和开采制度影响,油井不可避免出泥、出砂。泥、砂进入油田终端浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)后,流速下降,沉积形成污油泥。针对渤海某油田FPSO污油泥处理现状,分析污油泥来源和成分,立足海上油田特殊环境,提出“电加热换热加温+高频破乳离心精细分离+加药/浮选叠螺水处理浓缩”的处理方向,优化调制离心工艺参数,以期为海上油田含油污泥的处理提供参考。In oil extraction engineering,influenced by geological factors and mining systems,oil wells inevitably produce mud and sand.After entering the oilfield terminal FPSO,the mud and sand deposit due to a decrease inflow rate,forming oily sludge.According to the current situation of FPSO oily sludge treatment in a certain oilfield in Bohai,the source and composition of oily sludge are analyzed.Based on the special environment of offshore oil fields,the treatment direction of“electric heating and heat exchange+high-frequency demulsification centrifugal fine separation+dosing/flotation,screw and laminated water treatment concentration”is proposed,and the centrifugal treatment process parameters are optimized,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of oily sludge in offshore oilfields.
