摘　　要：在管道铺设或管接修复过程中,坡口机是不可缺少的专业设备。目前,坡口机在陆地管道切割作业中的应用已十分成熟,但在水下切割作业的应用仍存在一定局限性,会增加潜水员水下作业的时间,造成海底管道维修作业停滞,从而增加海上作业成本。介绍一种水下坡口机,在实际项目应用中,验证其在水下切割管道作业方面的适用性,希望能为其他海底管道切割作业提供借鉴。During the process of laying or repairing pipelines,beveling machines are indispensable professional equipment.At present,the application of beveling machines in land pipeline cutting operations is very mature,but there are certain limitations in the application of underwater cutting operations,which will increase the underwater operation time of divers,cause the stagnation of underwater pipeline maintenance operations,and thus increase the cost of offshore operations.This paper introduces an underwater beveling machine,which has been validated in practical project applications for its applicability in underwater pipeline cutting operations.It can provide reference for other underwater pipeline cutting operations.
