摘 要:以钼酸钠和硫脲为原料,用水热法制备了系列MoS_(2)催化剂,采用XRD、SEM、TEM等技术,对MoS_(2)催化剂的晶相结构及表面形貌尺寸等进行了表征,以染料亚甲基蓝探究了MoS_(2)样品的超声催化性能。结果表明,所得MoS_(2)催化剂粒径分布范围为0.5~5μm,当钼酸钠与硫脲摩尔比小于等于1∶9时,所得MoS_(2)样品具有六方晶相结构及结晶度相对较好;超声催化实验结果表明,钼硫摩尔比为1∶3时,所得MoS_(2)的超声催化性能最佳,超声12 min时,对亚甲基蓝的降解率可达94.08%。A series of MoS_(2) were prepared by hydrothermal method using sodium molybdate and thiourea as raw materials.The crystal phase structure,morphology size and elemental composition of the obtained MoS_(2) catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM techniques.The ultrasonic catalytic performance of MoS_(2) samples was investigated by the degradation of methylene blue.The results showed that the particle size distribution range of the obtained MoS catalyst was 0.5~5μm.When the molar ratio of sodium molybdate to thiourea is less than or equal to 1∶7,the obtained MoS_(2) sample exhibited hexagonal phase structure and the crystallinity was relatively good.The results of ultrasonic catalysis demonstrated that when the molar ratio of sodium molybdate to thiourea was 1∶3,the obtained MoS_(2) catalyst showed the best ultrasonic catalytic activity which could degrade 94.08%of methylene blue within 12 min.
