摘　　要：随着全球经济的不断变化和国内经济结构的调整,实现经济高质量发展已成为区域发展的重要命题。以咸阳市秦都区为例,分析资源禀赋和产业结构升级与区域经济高质量发展的关系,探讨经济发展的动力因素,以及各动力之间的内在联系,从资源、政府、产业、全国统一大市场和创新发展等角度构建经济高质量发展动力新机制,为区域经济的高质量发展提供理论支持和实践指导。With the continuous evolution of the global economy and the adjustment of domestic economic structure,achieving high-quality economic development has become an important proposition for regional development.Starting from the current status and characteristics of the county-level economic development in the Qindu District,based on relevant theoretical foundations,fully utilizing local resource endowments,summarizing the evolutionary mechanism of the driving factors of its economic development,analyzing the inherent connections among these factors,and constructing a new mechanism for high-quality economic dynamics from the perspectives of resources,government,industry,national unified large market,and innovative development.This will provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality regional economic development.
