摘  要:碳化养护是提高生态多孔混凝土力学性能和降低碱度的有效措施,碳化养护时间是关键影响因素之一。研究了碳化养护时间对掺粉煤灰的生态多孔混凝土力学性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明,与标准养护相比,碳化养护2 h为最佳,使不同粉煤灰掺量的生态多孔混凝土3、28 d抗压强度分别提高了34.6%~63.1%、7.7%~16.8%,而10 h的碳化养护导致混凝土28 d抗压强度降低了14.3%~32.7%。碳化养护适当时间可使碳化产物碳酸钙较好地充填孔隙与界面过渡区,有效改善生态多孔混凝土的早期抗压强度,而过长时间的碳化养护会过度消耗水泥熟料和氢氧化钙,导致后期粉煤灰的火山灰效应减弱,影响强度发展。Carbonation curing is an effective measure to improve the mechanical properties of ecological porous concrete and reduce alkalinity,and carbonation curing time is one of the key influencing factors.In this paper,the effect of different carbonation curing time on the mechanical properties and microstructure of ecological porous concrete with fly ash was investigated.The results show that compared with the standard curing,the carbonation curing time of 2 h is the best,which makes the 3 d compressive strength of ecological porous concrete with different fly ash content increase by 34.6%~63.1%,and the 28 d compressive strength increase by 7.7%~16.8%.The carbonation curing of 10 h leads to the 28 d compressive strength of concrete decreased by 14.3%~32.7%.Appropriate time of carbonation curing can make the carbonation product calcium carbonate better fill the pore and interfacial transition zone,and effectively improve the early compressive strength of ecological porous concrete.However,too long time of carbonation curing will consume cement clinker and calcium hydroxide excessively,which will weaken the pozzolanic effect of fly ash in the later stage and affect the strength development.
