摘　　要：党的十九大报告中明确指出“要坚持以人民为中心”,《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷中将“坚持以人民为中心”作为独立的篇章进行系统阐述,都充分体现了这一论述的重要性。党的十八大以来在经济、政治、文化、社会和生态方面的全部实践是这一论述形成的实践基础,充分彰显出这一重要论述的人民主体、人民立场、人民共享、人民评判、群众路线等核心内涵。这一论述是适应新时期发展的重要理论,既是对人民主体性的丰富和发展,也是对人民主体性理论的补充,还将中国特色社会主义人民理论推向新的高度。这一重要理论既能回应现实,也能在实践中不断发展,不仅彰显了中国特色社会主义的基本价值立场,还凝聚了实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的磅礴力量。The people-oriented philosophy was clearly stated in the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and was expounded in Xi Jinping:The Governance of China III in an independent chapter,both of which fully reflect its importance.All the practices on the economy,politics,culture,society and ecology since the 18th National Con⁃gress of the CPC are the practical basis of this philosophy,fully demonstrating the kernels of exposition including the people’s subject,the people’s position,the people’s sharing,the people’s judgment,and the mass line,etc..This important exposition is a major theory to adapt to the development in the new era.It is not only the enrichment and development of people’s subjectivity,but also a supplement to the theory of people’s subjectivity.It also pushes the socialist people’s theory with Chinese character⁃istics to a new height.This important theory can also respond to reality and be continuously developing in practice.It not only highlights the basic value standpoint of socialism with Chinese characteristics but also embodies the great strength to realize the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.
