摘 要:文章围绕高炉炼铁工艺中的脱硫机理与技术优化展开了全面的论述。通过工艺概述,介绍了高炉炼铁工艺的基本原理和脱硫的重要性,包括硫在工艺中的作用;对脱硫技术进行了概述,包括传统脱硫方法和新兴脱硫技术,以及脱硫机理的影响因素;分析了优化前的脱硫工艺性能和问题,强调了成本效益和环保资源利用;详细介绍了技术优化措施,包括新兴脱硫技术的引入和工艺参数的改进,穿插数据支持这些优化措施的实质性效益;提供了多项指标的数据表格,以强调性能的具体改进。通过实际案例分析,突出了高炉项目的技术优化经验、成功案例和可行性研究,进一步强调了可持续性和资源管理的重要性。This article provides a comprehensive discussion on the desulfurization mechanism and technological optimization in blast furnace ironmaking.Firstly,the basic principles of blast furnace ironmaking and the importance of desulfurization,including the role of sulfur in the process,are introduced through process overview.Then,an overview of desulfurization technologies is presented,including both traditional and emerging methods,as well as the influencing factors of desulfurization mechanism.The performance and problems of the desulfurization process before optimization are analyzed,emphasizing cost-effectiveness and environmental resource utilization.Subsequently,the technical optimization measures are detailed,including the introduction of emerging desulfurization technologies and the improvement of process parameters,with data supporting the substantial benefits of these measures.In addition,data tables of multiple indicators are provided to highlight specific performance improvements.Finally,through practical case analysis,the technical optimization experience,successful cases and feasibility studies of blast furnace projects are highlighted,further emphasizing the importance of sustainability and resource management.
