渤海某高温油田新型井下防垢剂的研发及应用

摘　　要：渤海某高温油田注水不配伍可能引发注水井井筒及地层结垢、油井井筒结垢,因此,针对性地研发了一种耐高温防垢剂(YFFZ-806),该防垢剂为低分子量聚合物类,可用作碳酸钙、硫酸钙等的防垢剂。评价实验结果表明,加药量250 mg/L,在130℃条件下,防垢率可超90%。现场试验结果表明,加药后,B42井产液中钙离子浓度有明显提升,防垢率可稳定达到90%以上,可有效减缓B42井管线结垢,推荐长期加注。Incompatible water injection in a high-temperature oilfield in Bohai may cause scaling of the injection well and stratum,as well as scaling of the oil well.Therefore,a high-temperature anti scaling agent(YFFZ-806)has been developed specifically,which is a low molecular weight polymer and can be used as an anti scaling agent for calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate,etc.The evaluation results show that the anti scaling rate can exceed 90%under the condition of 130℃with a dosage of 250 mg/L.The on-site test results show that the calcium ion concentration in the production fluid of B42 well has significantly increased after adding medication,and the anti scaling rate can stably reach over 90%,which can effectively slow down the scaling of the B42 well pipeline,and long-term injection is recommended.
