摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和科技的不断进步,化工自动化领域产生较大变化。智能化仪表在化工企业被广泛应用,提升了企业的生产效率,减少了人工体力劳动,安全可靠性大大提高。随着科研水平的不断提高和新型仪表的不断出现,化工企业的仪表设备处于动态升级的过程中。仪表自动化从量变逐步到质变的演化也是化工经济发展方式转型的进程,在这个进程中,仪表自动化的进步推动工业社会的变革,化工经济的发展促进社会经济的繁荣。在快速发展的过程中也要直面所遇到的问题,让自动化的仪表更好地服务于化工企业的发展,启迪工业社会的前进方向。文章主要讲述了智能化仪表在化工行业的应用和未来发展趋势,以期为化工自动化领域的研究提供参考思路。The rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of science and technology have made great changes in the field of chemical automation.Intelligent instruments are widely used in chemical enterprises,which improves the production efficiency of enterprises,reduces manual labor and greatly improves safety and reliability.With the continuous improvement of scientific research level and the emergence of new instruments,the instruments equipment of chemical enterprises have been in the process of dynamic upgrading.The evolution of instrument automation from quantitative change to qualitative change is also a process of transformation of the development mode of chemical industry economy.In this process,the progress of instrument automation promotes the transformation of industrial society,and the development of chemical industry economy promotes the prosperity of social economy.In the process of rapid development,we should also face the problems encountered directly,so that automated instruments can better serve the development of chemical enterprises and enlighten the direction of industrial society.This paper mainly describes the application and future development trend of intelligent instruments in the chemical industry,hoping to provide reference ideas for the research in the field of chemical automation.
