摘 要:为探究榨油生产线上影响油菜籽出油率的关键因素,对油菜籽的双螺旋压榨进行了实验分析,探索了油菜籽种类、物料含水率、主轴转速和轧胚机间隙大小对出油率的影响,并对结果进行了方差分析。研究结果表明:轧胚机间隙大小对出油率的影响显著,产地和含水率以及主轴转速的影响不显著,其因素主次顺序为轧胚机间隙大小>油菜籽产地>油菜籽含水率>主轴转速;对SSYZ120/12双螺旋榨油机而言,最佳的物料含水率为6%,轧胚机间隙为3 mm,最佳主轴转速为16 r/min。In order to find out the key factors affecting the oil yield of rapeseed in the oil pressing line,the experimental analysis of double screw pressing of rapeseed was carried out to explore the effects of rapeseed type,material moisture content,spindle speed and germ mill clearance size on oil yield,and the results were analyzed by ANOVA.The results of the study showed that the gap size of the rolling mill had a significant effect on the oil yield,while the effects of origin and moisture content and spindle speed were not significant,and the main order of the factors was gap size of the rolling mill>origin of rapeseed>moisture content of rapeseed>spindle speed.For SSYZ120/12 double screw oil press,the optimal gin gap was 3 mm,the origin of rapeseed was Guizhou province,the moisture content of the material was 6%,and the optimal spindle speed was 16 r/min.
