摘 要:表面起皱是铁素体不锈钢在成形过程中最容易出现的一种缺陷。本文首先介绍了铁素体不锈钢表面起皱现象及危害;接着阐述了表面起皱机理的研究进展,指出<001>//ND取向晶粒簇的存在或<001>//ND不利取向织构体积分数较高是造成表面起皱的主要原因;基于表面起皱的机理,介绍了减轻铁素体不锈钢表面起皱的措施,如优化化学成分、控制热轧工艺、冷轧工艺和退火工艺等;最后对铁素体不锈钢表面起皱研究的发展趋势进行了展望。Surface ridging is one of the most common defects in the forming process of ferritic stainless steel.In this paper,the surface ridging phenomenon and the ridging hazards are first introduced.Then,the research progress of the surface ridging mechanism is described,and it is pointed out that the presence of grain colonics with<001>//ND orientation or the high texture volume fraction of<o01>//ND is the main reason for surface ridging.Based on the mechanism of surface ridging,the measures to reduce the surface ridging of ferritic stainless stel are intro-duced,such as optimizing the chemical composition,controlling the hot rolling process,cold rolling process and an-nealing process.Finally,the development trend of surface ridging research of ferritic stainless steel is prospected.
