摘　　要：高炉应以安全环保、高产稳产、低成本为原则,综合衡量高炉的各项指标。稳定炉温出铁是高炉顺行、低成本的基础,炉温趋势化管理有利于稳定炉温,保证炉缸活跃。四班操作稳定,均匀跑料稳定料批和煤气流,“平台+漏斗”的布料矩阵是靠漏斗的深度和平台的宽度调节中心和边缘两股煤气流,使煤气与矿石充分接触以提高煤气利用率。高炉休风要提前计算好焦炭负荷,合理的休风料对炉温的稳定起着重要的作用,能够避免炉温过热或过凉的现象。稳定入炉焦炭、烧结矿、澳矿、球团矿等配吃比例及质量也是高炉稳定顺行的重要保障,采取多项措施使得澳矿配比稳定在20%左右,降低了炼铁成本。Blast furnace should be based on the principles of safety,high and stable production and low cost.Temper-ature discharge is the basis of furnace running and low cost.The trend management of furnace temperature can sta-bilize the furnace temperature,avoid the fluctuation of furnace temperature and ensure the active furnace cylinder.Four classes of uniform stable operation and run to stabilize the batch and gas flow,the"platform+funnel"fabric is based on the depth of the funnel,so that the gas and ore fully contact to improve the gas utilization rate.It is nec-essary to calculate the coke load in advance of blast furnace shutdown,and reasonable shutdown material plays an important role in the stability of the furnace temperature,which can avoid the phenomenon of overheating or cooling of the furnace temperature.Quality of coke,sinter,ore and pellets are very important guarantee for the stable run-ning of the blast furnace,and a number of measures have been taken to stabilize the ratio of ore at about 2o%,re-ducing the cost of ironmaking.
