摘  要:铅冶炼采用反射炉熔炼处理铜浮渣时,锡主要进入反射炉粗铅及铜锍,继而分别进入铅电解、铜电解系统,不仅对电解产品质量及电解阳极泥中稀贵金属分离率存在影响,同时造成有价金属锡的流失。针对该情况,本文根据金属对氧元素亲和力的大小,在铜浮渣氧化造渣的基础上,对反射炉粗铅中锡的分离回收进行工艺研究,通过理论性研究及工业实践,可有效的在铜浮渣氧化造渣过程中将金属锡富集于渣相中,实现金属锡的富集分离,富锡渣既可以直接外售,也可以通过进一步的熔炼、真空蒸馏、电解等生产精锡,实现有价元素综合利用,提高企业效益。When copper dross is treated in the reverberatory furnace in lead smelting,tin mainly enters into crude lead and copper matte,and then into electrolytic lead and electrolytic copper respectively,at the same time lead to the loss of metal tin.In view of this situation,this paper studies the separation and recovery of tin from crude lead in reverberatory furnace on the basis of oxidation and slagging of copper scum according to the affinity of metal to oxygen element,it can effectively concentrate metal tin in slag phase during copper scum oxidation and slagging,and realize the enrichment and separation of metal tin,the refined tin can also be produced by further smelting,vac-uum distillation,electrolysis and so on,so as to realize the comprehensive utilization of valuable elements and im-prove enterprise benefits.
