摘 要:针对建筑供水中的并联给水水泵工作效率问题,提出流量变化的并联给水水泵变频调速节能集中控制方法。首先,采用无量纲理论对并联给水水泵的运行工况进行分析,划分变频模式和调节模式,根据调频时间和调节模式建立变频调速函数;其次,在整体响应约束下确定并联装置和给水水泵调频参量;再次,在假设存在平衡点的情况下,确定流量变化形式,建立节能集中调控的流量变动方程;最后,确定水泵高效控制区间,针对水泵运行规律的相似性实现集中节能控制方法设计。实验结果表明:新方法能够有效控制并联水泵的扬程和工作效率,实现并联给水水泵的工作目标,具有应用价值。To improve the efficiency of parallel water supply pumps in building water supply,a frequency conversion speed regulation energy-saving centralized control method for parallel water supply pumps with flow changes is proposed.Based on the analysis of the operating conditions of parallel feedwater pumps with dimensionless theory to divide the frequency conversion mode and adjustment mode,a frequency conversion speed regulation function is established according to the frequency modulation time and adjustment mode.Then the frequency modulation parameters of the parallel device and the feedwater pump is determined under the overall response constraints.And the flow change form is determined,and the flow change equation of energy-saving centralized regulation is established based on the assumption that there is a balance point.Finally,the efficient control range of water pumps is determined,and a centralized energy-saving control method is designed based on the similarity of water pump operation rules.The experimental results show that the new method can effectively control the head and work efficiency of parallel water pumps,achieve the working goals of parallel water supply pumps,and has application value.
