从学术单位体治理走向学术共同体治理:我国大学学术治理改革的基本方向

摘　　要：大学组织的本质属性和学术生产的内在规律,决定了大学学术治理应由学术共同体主导。但目前我国大学的学术治理主要由“学术单位体”主导,“学术单位体”源于我国特殊的单位制度和单位文化。“学术单位体”治理导致绩效主义盛行、院系竞争“白热化”、学术利益“圈子化”和教师“双重忠诚”矛盾突出等诸多非预期效应,严重阻碍了学科交叉融合和大学学术发展。因此,亟须改革我国大学学术治理的治理理念和体制机制,推动学术单位体治理向学术共同体治理转变。The essence of university organization and the innate law of academic production,determines the university academic governance dominated by the academic community.However,Chinese university academic governance is led by the academic danwei.Academic danwei is originated from the danwei system and danwei culture.Academic danwei governance caused such unexpected effects as the prevalence of performancism,intense competition of departments,the circle of academic interests,and the contradiction of the faculty's double loyalty,which hindered the interdisciplinary integration and academic development.Therefore,it should reform the governance idea and system of Chinese academic governance,and promote the change from academic danwei governance to academic community governance.
