摘 要:针对近距离煤层上覆煤柱对下位煤层开采时巷道的稳定性影响问题,以某矿5302工作面为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟的方法,分析了巷道布置位置与各位置的应力、塑性区情况。结果表明:在该工况下巷道内错式布置可使巷道处于有利应力环境,但资源浪费相对较大;巷道外错式布置可缩短煤柱宽度,但巷道顶板应力环境相对较差;由于煤层间距较小,垂直式布置不适于该矿。结合数值模拟得出,采用小错距内错式布置方式更适于巷道支护,同时也使资源损失达到最小。In response to the issue of the influence of the overlying coal pillar on the stability of the roadway during the mining of the lower coal seam in close range coal seams,with the 5301 working face of a mine as the research background,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods were used to analyze the stress and plastic zone conditions of the roadway layout and different positions.The results show that under this working condition,the staggered layout of the tunnel can make the tunnel in a favorable stress environment,but the waste of resources is relatively large;the staggered layout outside the roadway can shorten the width of the coal pillar,but the stress environment of the roadway roof is relatively poor;due to the small spacing between coal seams,vertical layout is not suitable for the layout of this mine.Based on numerical simulation,it is concluded that usingsmall staggered internal staggered layout is more suitable for roadway support,while also minimizing resource loss.
