摘 要:以新巨龙煤矿2304工作面为工程背景,通过对3上煤层顶底板岩性分析,确定液压支架高度为2.3~3.8 m,支架工作阻力为10500 kN,结构形式上确定为前后铰接顶梁、双连杆机构;通过有限元分析对支架结构进行优化,改变了局部应力集中现象,同时提高了液压支架的可靠性,延长使用寿命;以工作面日推3刀计算矸石返矸量,结合矿上实际生产需求确定后部刮板输送机型号为SGZ800/1400;简要概述了工作面整体布局,采煤工艺为端部斜切进刀,充填矸石来自工作面夹矸和掘进矸石,工艺采用采一充一。通过对推进进度以及返矸量数据进行统计分析,计算得出充填率为75%;地表累计最大下沉量为68 mm,地表控制效果较好;巷道整体变形不明显,且顶板岩梁未破断;浅部最大离层量44 mm,深部离层量42 mm,顶板离层量相对较小;通过采用电液控系统对支架阻力进行实时监测处理,工作面整架平均工作阻力达12074 kN,平均支护强度0.85 MPa,工作面支架受顶板压力较弱。Based on the 2304 working face of Xinjulong coal mine as the engineering background,through the lithology analysis of the roof and floor of the 3upper coal seam,the height of the hydraulic support is determined to be 2.3-3.8 m,the working resistance of the hydraulic support is 10500 kN,and the structure form is determined to be the front and rear hinged roof beam,double connecting rod mechanism.The structure of the support was optimized by finite element analysis,the local stress concentration was changed,the reliability of the hydraulic support was improved,and the service life was extended.The amount of gangue was calculated by pushing three cutter per day at the working face.Combined with the actual production demand at the mine,the type of rear scraper conveyors was determined to be SGZ800/1400.The overall layout of working face is briefly summarized.The mining technology is end oblique cut feed,and the filling gangue comes from the working face gangue and excavation gangue,and the technology adopts fillingaftermining.Through the statistical analysis of the progress and gangue return data,the filling rate is calculated to be 75%.The cumulative maximum surface subsidence is 68 mm,and the surface control effect is good.Roadway overall deformation is not obvious,and the roof rock beam is not broken.Shallow maximum layer separation is 44 mm,deep layer separation is 42 mm,roof layer separation is relatively small;through the use of electro-hydraulic control system for real-time monitoring of support resistance,the average working resistance of the whole frame of the working face up to 12074 kN,the average support strength of 0.85 MPa,the working face support by the roof pressure is weak.
