摘 要:为找出陕西麟北煤业圆子沟煤矿1012007工作面带式输送机巷风流反向流动的原因,进行了相关研究。研究发现:带式输送机巷温度高于辅助运输巷的温度,造成两巷道空气密度不同,且两巷道间存在高程差,共同构成产生自然风压基础;1 d内大气压力动态变化,同样也影响到自然风压动态变化。晚上“零点班”时段局部自然风压大于此段巷道通风机械通风动力,是带式输送机巷风流反向原因。最后,结合现场巷道布置情况,提出增加带式输送机巷风量,抵消局部自然风压变化对巷道风流的影响,避免带式输送机巷局部风流反向的发生,确保该巷道的通风满足安全需要。In order to find out the reasons for the reverse flow of wind flow in the belt conveyor roadway of the 1012007 working face of the Yuanzigou coal mine of Linbei coal industry,Shaanxi province,relevant research was carried out.The study found that the temperature of the belt conveyor lane is higher than that of the auxiliary transport lane,resulting in different air densities in the two lanes,and there is an elevation difference between the two lanes,which together constitute the basis for generating natural wind pressure;the dynamic change of atmospheric pressure within a day also affects the to the dynamic change of natural wind pressure.The local natural wind pressure during the"zero-hour shift"at night is greater than the mechanical ventilation power of the roadway ventilation in this section,which is the reason for the reverse wind flow in the belt conveyor roadway.Finally,combined with the layout of the roadway on site,it is proposed to increase the air volume of the belt conveyor roadway to offset the influence of local natural wind pressure changes on the air flow of the roadway,avoid the occurrence of local wind flow reverse in the belt conveyor roadway,and ensure that the ventilation of the roadway meets the safety requirements.
