摘 要:冲击地压矿井一般在巷道内采取卸压措施,需巷道内施工数量较多的卸压孔,泄压孔的存在导致巷道局部区域漏风并有自燃危险,为探明破碎巷道自然发火过程,以宽沟煤I010203工作面巷道为例,利用ANSYS数值模拟软件,对巷道内煤当量粒径10、20 mm这2种情况,巷道破碎区域深度半径2.5、10、20 m这3种情况,共分为6种情况进行巷道自燃瞬态过程模拟,实验结果表明:当量粒径10 mm,破碎区域深度半径10 m时、破碎区域深度半径20 m时及当量粒径20 mm,破碎区域深度半径20 m这3种条件下巷道发生自燃,且当量粒径10 mm,破碎区域深度半径20 m时,52 d发生自燃与煤层最短发火期相吻合。Rockburst mines generally take pressure relief measures in the roadway,and a large number of pressure relief holes need to be constructed in the roadway.The existence of pressure relief holes will lead to air leakage in local areas of the roadway and the risk of spontaneous combustion.In order to explore the spontaneous combustion process of broken roadway,the roadway of wide gully coal I010203 working face is taken as an example and ANSYS numerical simulation software is used.The coal equivalent particle size in the roadway is 10 mm,20 mm,and the depth radius of the broken area is 2.5 m,10 m and 20 m,which are divided into 6 cases to simulate the transient process of roadway spontaneous combustion.The experimental results show that:spontaneous combustion occurs in roadway under three conditions:equivalent particle size 10 mm,depth radius of broken area 10 m,depth radius of broken area 20 m,equivalent particle size 20 mm and depth radius of broken area 20 m,and the spontaneous combustion occurs in 58 days when equivalent particle size 10 mm and depth radius of broken area 20 m,which is consistent with the shortest ignition period of coal seam.
