摘 要:针对选煤厂带式输送机落料扬尘的问题,通过改造落料口,提出一种带式输送机落料降尘装置,并对其结构参数进行了优化设计。采用数值模拟及四因素五水平正交试验方法研究了粉尘在落料降尘装置中的运移规律,分析了外圆柱直径、排风管直径、内置引风筒插入深度和出风口平均风速对落料扬尘抑制效果的影响;并基于陕西某选煤厂落料扬尘实测粒径分布特征,优化了落料降尘装置的结构尺寸。研究结果表明:实验条件下落料降尘装置的最优结构参数组合为外圆柱直径φ2400 mm,排风管直径与外圆柱直径之比0.4,内置引风筒插入深度600 mm,出风口平均风速为5 m/s。该参数组合下,落料降尘装置的总抑尘率可达73.18%,对PM_(10)的抑尘效率为44.27%,对PM_(2.5)的抑尘效率为43.06%。Aiming at the problem of dust emission from coal belt conveyor drop in coal preparation plant,a dust reduction device for coal belt conveyor drop was proposed by modifying the drop chute,and its structural parameters were optimized.The dust transport law in the dust reduction device was studied by numerical simulation and four-factor five-level orthogonal experiment method.The effects of outer cylinder diameter,exhaust pipe diameter,inner suction pipe insertion depth and outlet average wind speed on dust suppression effect were analyzed.Based on the measured particle size distribution characteristics of dust emission from drop chute in a coal preparation plant in Shaanxi province,the structural dimensions of the dust reduction device were optimized.The results show that under the experimental conditions,the optimal combination of structural parameters of the dust reduction device is:outer cylinder diameter φ2400 mm,ratio of exhaust pipe diameter to outer cylinder diameter 0.4,inner suction pipe insertion depth 600 mm,outlet average wind speed 5 m/s.Under this parameter combination,the total dust suppression rate of the dust reduction device can reach 73.18%,the dust suppression efficiency for PM_(10) is 44.27%,and the dust suppression efficiency for PM_(2.5) is 43.06%.
