需要层次护理在妊娠高血压综合征患者围产期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨需要层次护理在妊娠高血压综合征患者围产期中的应用效果。方法选择2022年12月—2023年10月在山东省聊城市第二人民医院(山东第一医科大学附属聊城二院)就诊的妊娠高血压综合征患者127例作为研究对象。采用数字随机表法分为对照组63例和干预组64例。对照组接受临床常规护理;干预组接受需要层次护理。结果护理后,干预组患者收缩压和舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组心理弹性量表评分、母乳喂养自我效能量表评分和简化舒适量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组不良分娩结局发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的47.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠高血压综合征患者围手术期实施需要层次护理,可以改善心理弹性状况,增强母乳喂养自信心,减少不良分娩结局发生,并提高护理舒适度。Objective To exploring the application effect of hierarchical nursing in the perinatal period of patients with gestational hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 127 gestational hypertension syndrome admitted to Liaocheng Second People’s Hospital(Shandong First Medical University Affiliated Liaocheng Second Hospital)from December 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(63 cases)and intervention group(64 cases)by numerical random table method.The control group received clinical routine nursing,and the intervention group received hierarchical nursing.Results After nursing,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of connor-davidson resilience scale,breast-feeding self-efficacy scale and general comfort questionnaire in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the intervention group was 12.50%,which was significantly lower than 47.62% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical nursing during the perioperative period in patients with gestational hypertension syndrome can improve psychological resilience,enhance breast-feeding confidence,reduce adverse delivery outcomes,and enhance nursing comfort.
