摘　　要：高等教育事业的发展是大学校友会和基金会组织诞生、成长、变革的根本动因,高校自身建设需求与外部环境要求是务实处置两机构关系的基本依据。高校在宏观层面遵循校本性原则,在中观层面实施阶段性设计,在微观层面调用积极合作要件,是新时期大学校友会与基金会之间形成“既分又合”的伙伴关系、更好发挥各自功能的策略路径。The development of higher education is the fundamental cause of the birth,growth and reform of university alumni associations and educational foundations,and the requirements of the university's own construction and external environment are the basic basis for pragmatic handling the relationship between the two institutions.Universities follow the principle of university nature at the macro level,implement phased design at the middle level,and invoke active cooperation ele-ments at the micro level,which is the strategic path to form a"separate and combined"partnership between university alumni associations and foundations in the new era and better play their respec-tive functions.
