摘　　要：随着“双一流”建设方案的持续推进,搭建科学合理的学科群已成为大学探索学科发展的新增长点。高校学科群建设既是一项现实课题,又是一项理论性的课题。从学理上厘清大学学科群的本质要义、样态特征,有助于更好地探寻高校学科群建设路径。大学学科群具有协同性、平衡性的组织特征。大学在构建学科群时需要彰显学科群的理性价值旨趣,建设开放包容的学科团队。With the continuous advancement of the"double first-class"construction program,building scientific and reasonable subject groups has become a new growth point for universities to explore the development of disciplines.The construction of university subject groups is not only a practical subject,but also a theoretical subject.To clarify the essential meaning and pattern charac-teristics of university subject groups from the academic theory is helpful to better explore the path of university subject groups construction.University subject groups have the organizational characteris-tics of coordination and balance.When constructing subject groups,universities need to highlight the rational value purport of subject groups and build open and inclusive subject teams.
