高校办学实力和排名的非指标性因素探析

摘　　要：高校排名虽然在一定程度上能够反映高校的实力,但高校也应该淡化影响排名的指标性因素,重视排名之外的非指标性因素。高校的办学实力实际上是所在地区政治、经济、社会、历史、文化等各个领域综合实力的体现。在诸多非指标性因素中,基础因素是高校所在地区的经济发展状况,关键因素是高校的人才政策及高层次人才引进力度,先天禀赋因素是高校所处的自然地理环境,方向性因素是高校在办学历史中沉淀的学校文化。Although the ranking of colleges and universities can reflect the strength of colleges and universities to a certain extent,colleges and universities should also dilute the index factors that af-fect the ranking and pay attention to non-index factors outside the ranking.The strength of the uni-versity is actually the embodiment of the comprehensive strength in the political,economic,social,historical,cultural and other fields of the region.Among the many non-index factors,the basic fac-tor is the economic development of the region where the university is located,the key factor is the talent policy of the university and the intensity of introducing high-level talents,the innate endow-ment factor is the natural geographical environment of the university,and the directional factor is the school culture precipitated in the history of running a university.
