摘  要:针对高速传输电连接器存在特征阻抗偏小且不连续的问题,基于信号完整性理论提出了采用集总端口并设计测试夹具的优化方案,通过三维电磁仿真软件HFSS建立电连接器3D模型,设置终端驱动求解类型,给定材料属性,分配激励及边界条件,设置求解频率和扫频模式进行信号完整性仿真,分析其TDR特征阻抗、插入损耗、回波损耗、近端串扰、远端串扰等信号完整性参数。结果表明:电连接器在10 MHz~5 GHz频率范围内设置集总端口激励、设计仿真夹具的方式下,插入损耗为-12~-6 dB,回波损耗为-1.3~0 dB、近端串扰为-40 dB以下、远端串扰为-45 dB以下,符合HJ30J的标准要求;与波端口激励、无设计夹具仿真进行参数对比,串扰降低10 dB,TDR特征阻抗提升10Ω,性能参数得到提升。Aiming at the problem of small and discontinuous characteristic impedance of high-speed transmission electrical connector,based on Signal integrity theory,an optimization scheme of using lumped port and designing test fixture is proposed.Through three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software HFSS,3D model of electrical connector is established,terminal driving solution type is set,material properties are given,excitation and boundary conditions are distributed,solution frequency and sweep mode are set to conduct signal integrity simulation,its TDR characteristic impedance,insertion loss,return loss,near end crosstalk,far end crosstalk and other Signal integrity parameters are analyzed.The results show that the insertion loss of the electrical connector is-12~-6 dB,the return loss is-1.3~0 dB,the near end crosstalk is below-40 dB,and the far end crosstalk is below-45 dB,which meets the standard requirements of HJ30J;compared with wave port excitation and simulation without design fixtures,the crosstalk is reduced by 10 dB and the TDR characteristic impedance is increased by 10Ω,the performance parameters have been improved.
