摘  要:目前,制动梁端轴喷丸除锈时会产生大量金属粉尘和噪声,设备使用成本高。基于空化射流技术,设计出制动梁端轴空化射流除锈机,利用空化喷嘴射流对端轴表面进行除锈,更加高效、环保、节能。然而,除锈机工作时水压泵站噪声较大,存在噪声污染,需要进行降噪处理。针对除锈机结构与高压泵站噪声源特点,提出一种铺设隔音棉的高压泵站降噪方案,使得除锈机满足车间作业现场使用要求。通过COMSOL声固耦合仿真,确定出水压泵站降噪方案的隔音棉材质、铺设方式以及厚度。仿真结果表明,最佳降噪方案可将泵站原有100 dB的噪声平均降低至77 dB左右。搭建降噪试验平台进行噪声试验,试验结果表明该降噪方案能有效降低泵站噪声,与仿真结果最大误差为3 dB,验证了降噪仿真模型的正确性与有效性,为除锈机的降噪结构设计提供了可行的支撑方案。At present,the brake beam end shaft shot blasting will produce a lot of metal dust avnd noise,and the equipment is expensive to use.Based on the cavitation water jet technology,the brake beam end shaft cavitation jet descaling machine is designed to descale the end shaft surface by using the cavitation nozzle jet,which is more efficient,environmentally friendly and energy-saving.However,the water pressure pumping station is noisy when the descaling machine is working,and there is noise pollution,which needs noise reduction treatment.Based on the structure of the descaling machine and the characteristics of the noise source of the high-pressure pump station,a high-pressure pumping station noise reduction plan by laying sound insulation cotton is proposed,so that the descaling machine can meet the requirements of the workshop operation site.Through COMSOL acoustic-solid coupling simulation,the sound insulation cotton material,laying method and thickness of the noise reduction scheme of the hydraulic pump station are determined,and the simulation results show that the best noise reduction scheme can reduce the original noise of the pump station from 100 dB to about 77 dB on average.Building a noise reduction experimental platform for noise testing,the experimental results show that the noise reduction scheme can effectively reduce the noise of the pumping station,and the maximum error with the simulation results is 3 dB,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the noise reduction simulation model and provides a feasible support scheme for the design of the noise reduction structure of the descaling machine.
