摘 要:由于用电器种类和数量的急剧增加,人们在使用时往往会轻视用电的安全性,带来较大的安全隐患,为了解决这一问题,设计了一种用电器监测装置,使用ESP32-S3作为主控单元,CS5463作为用电器电能参数的采集芯片。ZMPT107-1电压互感器、ZHTM104F电流互感器和外围采样电路将大电压和大电流处理成小电流和小电压,处理后小电流和小电压再传送到CS5463,在CS5463中经过增益放大器进行放大、调制器进行采样、数字滤波器进行滤波、功率计算引擎计算,最后将处理完成的电能参数通过串行口发送到ESP32-S3中,ESP32-S3对电能参数再进行读取和存储,最后通过天线发射器或者串口转以太网模块将处理完成的电能参数发送给服务器。系统测试时,使用DH18615可调电源来模拟市电,DH28603可调负载来模拟各种类型的负载,CA8230电能质量分析来校正和检验电路板测量的电能参数。校正完成后检验电能参数测量准确度,结果表明电压、电流、功率3个参数的误差值在±2%以内,功率因数的误差值在±3%以内,并且系统能够稳定运行,说明设计的用电器监测装置安全可靠,精度高,可应用于现阶段的大部分用电器监测的场景中。Due to the sharp increase in the type and quantity of electrical appliances,people tend to underestimate the safety of electricity when using,which brings great safety risks.In order to solve this problem,a monitoring device for electrical appliances is designed.The device uses ESP32-S3 as the main control unit and CS5463 as the acquisition chip of electrical energy parameters.ZHTM104F current transformer and peripheral circuit to process large voltage and large current into small current and small voltage,and then transmit the small current and small voltage to CS5463.In CS5463,the power parameters are amplified by gain amplifier,sampled by modulator,filtered by digital filter and calculated by power calculation engine.The processed power parameters are sent to ESP32-S3 through serial port,and ESP32-S3 reads and stores the power parameters.Finally,the processed power parameters are sent to the server through the antenna transmitter or serial port to Ethernet module.During system testing,the DH18615 adjustable power supply is used to simulate mains power,the DH28603 adjustable load is used to simulate various types of loads,and the CA8230 power quality analysis is used to calibrate and verify the power parameters measured by the circuit board.The results show that the error value of voltage,current and power is within ±2%,and the error value of power factor is within±3%,and the system can run stably,indicating that the electrical appliance monitoring device designed is safe and reliable,with high precision,and can be applied to most of the electrical appliance monitoring scenarios at this stage.
