摘 要:贝雷片钢便桥是一种结构简单、材料定型、运输便捷、安拆方便的装配式桥梁,具有较强适用性^([1])。结合在城市交通繁忙路段深基坑工程施工的实例,为保证路口的交通顺畅和施工便捷,经周边调查、方案比选,确定采用单跨33 m多片钢贝雷梁下承式钢便桥,通过钢便桥的结构设计、荷载分析,并结合有限元分析软件迈达斯对桥梁主要结构进行受力验算,结果均满足要求,使用后能较好的体现其良好的交通能力、承载能力、服务能力等,为后续贝雷片钢便桥在繁忙路口的应用提供参考。Beret steel bridge is a kind of prefabricated bridge characterized with simple structure,fixed-pattern material,convenient transportation,convenience in assembly and disassembly,which has high applicability.Based on the construction of deep foundation pit at crowded road section in a city,a multi-Beret-girder through bridge with single-span at 33 m is proposed by investigation and comparative analysis in order to ensure the smooth traffic and convenience in construction at intersection.The structural design and load analysis of the steel bridge are combined with Midas,a finite element analysis software,to calculate the stress on main structure of the bridge.The results meet the requirements for traffic,bearing capacity and service,and serve as a reference for the application of Beret steel bridge in crowded intersections.
