摘  要:榆兴透翅蛾(Synanthedon ulmicola)是危害翅果油树的重要检疫性害虫。以榆兴透翅蛾成虫为研究对象,利用扫描电镜对榆兴透翅蛾成虫触角感器的类型、形态、分布进行观察。结果表明:榆兴透翅蛾成虫触角为栉齿状,由柄节、梗节、鞭节三部分组成,鞭节数量为56~58小节。共发现8种感器类型,分别为B9hm氏鬃毛、毛形感器(ST-I、ST-II、ST-III)、鳞形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、腔锥形感器、耳形感器I(SAu-I)、栓锥形感器。其中毛形感器数量最多,分布最广,锥形感器数量最少,仅有2~3处分布。除毛形感器III仅分布于雄蛾触角外,其余种类的感器在雌、雄蛾触角上均有分布。在感器形态上,鳞形感器端部具有明显的雌雄二型现象,其余感器在形态上无较大差异。通过测定不同类型感器的长度、基宽,明确了各种类型感器的性二型差异。The Synanthedon ulmicola is an important quarantine pest that damages the Elaeagnus mollis . The research focuses on the adult S. ulmicola , the types, morphology, and distribution of the antennal sensilla of the adult S. ulmicola using scanning electron microscopy to observe. The results showed that the antennae of adult S. ulmicola are serrate, consisting of scape, pedicel, and flagellum segments, with 56-58 flagellomeres. Eight types of sensilla were identified, including B hm’s bristles, sensilla trichodea (ST-I, ST-II, ST-III), sensilla squamiformia, sensilla chaetica, sensilla basiconica, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla auricillica-I (SAu-I), and sensilla styloconica. Among them, sensilla trichodea were the most abundant and widely distributed, while sensilla basiconica were the least, only found in 2-3 locations. Except for sensilla trichodea-III, which were only found on the male antennae, the other types of sensilla were present on both male and female antennae. Sensilla squamiformia showed clear sexual dimorphism in morphology at the distal end, while the other sensilla types did not exhibit significant differences in morphology. The length and base width of different types of sensilla were measured to clarify the sexual dimorphism differences of each type of sensilla.
