摘 要:为了筛选出一种新型的防治松材线虫病复配药剂增效配比,将氟吡菌酰胺和甲维盐按照不同的比例进行复配,测定了两种药剂在不同配比时的增效情况,以及对松材线虫产卵、卵孵化的影响。结果表明:将氟吡菌酰胺和甲维盐按照不同的比例进行复配,对防治松材线虫病具有一定的增效效果,氟吡菌酰胺与甲维盐质量比为3∶5时的共毒系数为334.673 1,在7组不同配比中达到最高,在质量比为5∶3、2∶6、4∶4,1∶7时,共毒系数分别为159.768 2,215.704 1,126.850 2,122.429 5,均表现出较高的增效作用。并且在质量比为3∶5、5∶3、2∶6时,松材线虫的产卵量和卵孵化率都低于两种药剂单独使用时的结果。In order to screen for a novel synergistic ratio of compound agents for controlling Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease, fluopyram and emamectin benzoate were combined in different proportions. The efficacy of the two agents at varying ratios was assessed, as well as their impact on B. xylophilus egg laying and hatching. The results showed that combining fluopyram and emamectin benzoate at different ratios had a significant synergistic effect on controlling B. xylophilus disease. The co-toxicity coefficient reached its highest value of 334.673 1 at a mass ratio of 3∶5, among seven different ratios tested. Ratios of 5∶3, 2∶6, 4∶4, and 1∶7 also exhibited notable synergistic effects, with co-toxicity coefficients of 159.768 2, 215.704 1, 126.850 2, and 122.429 5, respectively. Furthermore, egg laying and hatching rates of B. xylophilus were lower at ratios of 3∶5, 5∶3, and 2∶6 compared to when the two agents were used individually.
