摘 要:印染加工工序中羊毛最容易受到损伤,通常处理温度越高,作用时间越长,水解就越剧烈,损伤程度也就越严重,直接影响到羊毛纤维的服用性能。为减少羊毛混纺面料的染色损伤,尤其是涤纶/羊毛混纺织物染色过程中羊毛的损伤,开发了用于高温加工工艺条件下的羊毛保护剂。采用自制的羊毛保护剂应用于纯羊毛高温加工过程中,测试经高温加工的羊毛的白度、碱溶度、表面形态结构以及拉伸性能。结果表明,加入自制羊毛保护剂WBH处理后羊毛的白度、碱溶度、表面结构以及拉伸性能都明显好于未加保护剂处理的羊毛;与市售保护剂WSM对羊毛的保护性能相当,甚至略好,自制羊毛保护剂WBH在羊毛高温加工过程中对羊毛具有良好的保护性能。In the printing and dyeing process,wool is most susceptible to damage.Generally,the processing temperature and action time accelerate the hydrolysis and damage,which directly affects the wearability of wool fibers.To reduce the dyeing damage of wool blended fabrics,especially during the dyeing process of polyester/wool blended fabrics,a protective agent for wool under high-temperature processing conditions was developed.A self-made wool protectant was applied to the high-temperature processing of pure wool.The whiteness,alkali solubility,surface morphology,and tensile properties of the wool after high-temperature processing were tested.The results show that the whiteness,alkali solubility,surface structure and tensile properties of wool treated with self-made wool protectant WBH is significantly better than those of wool treated without protectant.The self-made wool protectant WBH is comparable to or even slightly better than the commercially available protectant WSM,while it has good protective performance for wool during high-temperature processing.
